Service Description

Have you taken The Drawing Course for Beginners and are keen to develop your drawing skills, or have you been drawing for a while and want to meet each week with others who are keen to keep a sketchbook practice and learn more about drawing? We will draw the still life in the studio, rendering 3-dimensional forms, explore an array of drawing materials both wet and dry from all parts of the drawing world ( Chinese, Indian, French ,my own botanical inks, French conte, charcoal and more). Then we'll look at some modern drawing materials that can add color into the mix and explore the west coast landscape outdoors in good weather. If you want to take your drawing to the next level, this is the class for you! Students bring a sketchbook and drawing kit to each class and/or location; all materials will be provided when we are working in the studio.
