Cancellation & Refund Policy

Classes/Workshops Cancelled by Us:

A class or workshop may be cancelled by the instructor due to insufficient registration. Students are notified by email ( or phone)
When a course/workshop is cancelled - registrants receive a full refund.
In order to register online, you pay a 50% course/workshop deposit and the balance is paid when you attend the first class and/or workshop.

Student Emergencies Before the Class/workshop Begins:

If an emergency or illness prevents you from attending a class before it begins and you notify us that you cannot attend as planned, you have the following options:
(A) Receive a refund ( less $30 cancellation fee )
(B) Keep it as a credit for a future class and be added to the advance registration list.
(C) Transferred to a person of your choice .

After A Class Has Started:
Life happens, so if you find that you cannot attend due to illness, family/work/social engagements after your course has begun, please make note that - there are no 'make-up' classes . However, if another session of the same class you are registered in is also running on another day/time AND there is room for another student., ONE class can be replaced/made-up. (Maximum : 1 class). Multiple absences/ missed classes cannot be accommodated.
