Service Description

In the Level 2.0 class, students are expected to have mastered the basics of Level 1.0 and Level 1.5 and have a solid painting practice. In the Level 2.0 class, we'll expand our work on color theory/mixing, transparency, building compositions, the balance between transparency & opacity, how to paint light and atmosphere and creating good compositions as well as really gaining confidence in this medium. Class handouts, demonstrations and supplies are provided. Students who have taken the Watercolor For Beginners Course at Island Girl Art Studio are welcome to register in this Level 2 Course and should be prepared to work independently for a large part of the class.
